This is an amazing recipe for tricking your children into eating green things. It has a lot of garlic and rosemary so you can't taste the kale. I keep the ingredients prepared in the fridge so I can just throw it together. This is my go to brunch on the weekend for my family.

Step 1: Gather Your Materials

For this recipe you will need:

  • Frozen Pie Crust
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups Kale (chopped, stems removed)
  • 1 cup shredded old cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup milk

Step 2: Add Milk to Eggs

Add the milk to the eggs. Whisk to combine.

Step 3: Whisk in Spices

Add the garlic and rosemary. Whisk.

Step 4: Add Ingredients to Pie Shell

  • Spread the Kale evenly through the pie shell.
  • Add your egg mixture carefully. You must pour slowly so the egg does not overflow.

Step 5: Add Cheese

Spread the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the other ingredients.

Step 6: Bake

Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 7: Cool and Enjoy!

Cool for 10 minutes, cut, and enjoy!
