Step 1: Supplies

You will need:
• Two Latex Balloons (not water)
• 1/4 Cup Flour
• Pom-poms (optional)
• Sharpie (optional)
• Scissors
• Hot Glue Gun (optional)
• Funnel

Step 2: Fill Balloon

First thing is to stretch out the balloon by blowing a bit of air in it. Then you should stretch it around your funnel. Start slowly pouring all of you 1/4 cup of flour into the funnel. Use a pen to push it into the balloon. Do not fill the neck with flour. Tie the end of the balloon in a knot. TIP: For a firmer balloon use more than 1/4 cup of flour for a squishier use less. NOTE: You will not see the color of this balloon.

Step 3: Cut Second Balloon

Cut most of the neck off your second balloon. This is so that if your balloon were to explode or break open you would have less of a mess. You WILL see this color.

Step 4: Stretch Second Balloon Around Original

Stretch out your second balloon so it fits around the first balloon full of flour. I feel it doesn't fit cut more off the second balloon.

Step 5: Optional: Decorate Your Stress Ball

Draw a face on your new stress ball with a sharpie marker and hot glue a pom-pom or some yarn for hair on the top.

Step 6: DONE

You now sven your very own squishy stress ball!!
