Introduction: Super Salad Veggie Burger Pockets

Enjoy this quick, delicious, healthy, and filling meal!

Step 1: Step 1: Gather Your Materials

You will need:

  • At least 2 veggie burgers (I also recommend Morning Star's Buffalo Chicken Patties, they get crispy and delicious)
  • At least 2 sandwich size pita loaves
  • Green Salad Stuff (Kale, Spinach, Arugula, Peppers, Onions, Cucumbers, etc.)
  • Salad Dressing
  • 2 or more cheese slices
  • 1 Fancy Plate
  • Pan & Spatula
  • Knife and Cutting Board
  • Croutons (optional)

Step 2: Step 2: Fry Up Your Patties!

  • Flip every 3 minutes. Takes about 10-15 minutes to cook on medium heat.
    • I also recommend a little truffle oil for ultimate crispiness and aristocratic taste.

Step 3: Step 3: Prepare the Loaves

  • Slice up your loaves!
    • Right down the middle.
    • You have created Pita Pockets!
  • Place half a slice of cheese into each pita pocket

Step 4: Step 4: Prepare the Green Salad Stuff

  • Slice and toss your greens!
    • Add your croutons (optional)
    • Plate

Step 5: Step 5: Burger Time!

  • Slice your patties!
    • Right down the middle.
  • Slide one half into each pocket.
    • Should fit nice and snug.

Step 6: Step 6: Crisp 'em Up

  • Fry up the complete veggie burger pita pockets to attain ultimate crispness and cheese melt-itude.
    • (or not, this is totally optional, some like em squishy)

Step 7: Step 7: Prepare the Plate

  • Apply salad dressing and artfully place your pita pockets around the greens.
    • Your delicious meal is now ready for eating!

Step 8: Step 8: Apply Hot Sauce (optional)

  • It is recommended for your ultimate eating enjoyment to apply hot sauce upon the pita pockets immediately prior to consumption.
