In this instructable I will show you how to reuse the unused cigar ash for a super strong bond with super glue.
SAFETY!!!
1.DO NOT INHALE THE EVAPORATIONS WHEN YOU MAKE THE BOND THEY ARE TOXIC AND DANGEROUS

2.DO NOT GRIND THE BOND WITH MACHINERY (Dremel,belt sander,disc grinder,etc.) IF YOU WANT TO SMOOTH THE BOND USE SANDPAPER AND GRIND IT BY HAND

3.WEAR A MASK AND GLOVES IN OTHERWISE YOU COULD BOND YOUR FINGERS OR YOU CAN INHALE THE VAPORS

4.WHEN THE GLUE AND THE ASH ARE APPLIED THE GENERATE EXTREME HEAT,DO NOT TOUCH THE BOND WITH BARE HANDS OR WAIT 15-20sec. FOR THE BOND TO COOL DOWN

Step 1: Step 1: Tools and Materials

You will need:
1.A Super glue any brand (locktite,bison,JIP etc.)
2.Cigar or cigarette ash
3.alchohol or oil remover (something to clean the surface where the bond will be)
4.little piece of plastic or metal (you will need it to take the ash from the ashtray)
5.sandpaper (optional)

Step 2: Step 2:Making the Bond

you start with a little tray of super glue on the both surfaces (don't let the super glue dries) and then with the plastic/metal piece take ash from the ashtray and apply it over the super glue tray you can use presure to make the bond harder and with less "air bubbles" if the bond seems too fragile you can apply 3-4 tays of super glue and over it ash and if you feel brave enough you can use your fingers to rub the bond and make it strongger but using of your fingers slow enough can burn them from the heat that the bond generates or if the glue is too much you can stick them to the compound and it's even worse I personaly use the finger method but i work with that compound over a year and I don't recomend to use it if you are not skilled enough.The bond is so strong that will not crack the bond but more plausable to crack the pieces bonded,it's very strong!

Step 3: Step 3: Sanding and Finish

This is the last step and it's the easiest and most tricky.Start to sand your finished bond with 360 grid dry sandpaper,you will notice when sanding the bond it will make it rough and if you want to make it smooth put ash and glue and sand when you are satisfied from the result go to a finer grid like 800 or 1000 wet sandpaper.In the begining I told you not to use high rpm. grinding tools if you didn't read it please do it because it's for your personal protection and health.If you like the instructable leave a comment or give it thumbs up if you didn't glued the allready.
