Superman Fruit Dessert

I made this for my dad for Father's Day because he's my superhero! He needed a dessert with no added sugar, so I used oats, honey, peanut butter, yogurt, and fruit for that sweetness!

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups of yogurt
  • strawberries
  • pineapple
  • blueberries
  • 1 tart tin
  • Ceramic baking beads
  • Parchment paper
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 wooden spoon

Step 2: Make Crust

  1. Mix in medium-large bowl
  2. Press into pie pan with back of spoon
  3. Freeze for 10 minutes
  4. Bake for 12 minutes
  5. Freeze 8 minutes

Step 3: Filling and Topping

  1. Fill with Australian yogurt.
  2. Slice strawberries and pineapple.
  3. Arrange fruit to look like the Superman logo.
  4. Enjoy this sweet treat!
