Step 1: What You Will Need
What you will need:
Spoon for measuring spices
Double creme (creme)
Tools for turning the meatballs
Step 2: Heat the Oven
Put it on 175°C (347°F)
Step 3: Prepare the Meat
If you have meat that is kept in the freezer, let it thaw during the day until dinner time comes.
Let it warm up in the microwave for x minutes depending on the mass of the meat. Mine was at 600 grams, it took almost 8 minutes to thaw in the microwave.
Step 4: Use the Meat
Put the thawed meat into a bowl.
Step 5: Eggs
Take two eggs. Crack them into the bowl and mix it with the meat.
Step 6: Bread Crumbs
Crumb bread into a small bowl, a deciliter or a cup. Add 1 deciliter or a less than a cup water together with the crumbed bread. Add it to the bowl.
Step 7: Add All Spices
Next add approximately two regular spoons of all spices. The mesure that is used here is Swedish Tesked (tsk).
The spices from right to left in first picture; Pepper, Ginger, Garlic powder, French herbs, Thyme, Salt and Oregano.
After all spices are added mix them. Take a spoon and taste the result. If it isn't very spicy, add more until you like the taste.
Step 8: Double Creem
Add half a deciliter of double creme. 0.2 cups. Mix it well with the meat.
Step 9: Make Balls
Pick up a piece of the meat. Form balls with cupped hands.
Step 10: Fry
Pick up a frying pan and additional butter for the frying.
Next take two tools for turning the meatballs. A spoon is also very useful.
Put the heat to one step lower than max, 8 out of 9 on my stove.
Step 11: Oven Pan
Butter a glass pan or other large pan.
Step 12: Butter the Frying Pan
Add some butter on to the frying pan. This will prevent the meatballs to stick to the frying pan.
Step 13: Fry Time
Add some of the meatballs in the frying pan.
Turn them so all sides of the ball will get fried. Be quick, because they will get fried quick and should not be I there for too long.
Step 14: Bake
When you've fried them just enough, put them into the glass pan.
Add more butter into the frying pan.
Put them I the oven at 175°C (347°F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 15: Meatballs Done
They should look like this when they're done.
Step 16: Serve
Serve with some potatoes, vegetables, brown sauce, lingonberry sauce, jam. Now it's dinner time. Eat.
