I love baking but tire of traditional flavours. Let's make some unusual flavours with an unusual ingredient. I've made mango and chilli in this pic. Mango pulp with cayenne pepper sponge, filled with a spicy chilli mango jam. Topped with vanilla frosting and a chili mango syrup drizzled on top. Let's have some fun but must be edible
