Do you want some delicious cheese cake, but you are too scared of blowing up your oven? Well here's the recipe for you!
Step 1: Ingredients
Can of sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1/3 cup lemon juice
½ cup of sour cream
1 cup ½ of graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons Baker’s butter
500 grams of very finely cut almonds
8 large strawberry
Step 2: Blend Wet Ingredients
In a food processor put sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, 1/3 cup lemon juice, and ½ cup of sour cream. Blend to silky smooth consistency.
Step 3: Chop
Finely chop almonds until you get 500 grams.
Step 4: Dry Ingredients
In a mixing bowl put in a 1 cup ½ of graham cracker crumbs along with the 500 grams of finely chopped almonds.
Step 5: Melt
Melt 3 Tb spoons of bakers butter in microwave safe bowl.
Step 6: Pour
Pour melted butter in mixing bowl with dry ingredients, and mix until you get a damp sandy consistency.
Step 7: Press
Press pie crust mixture into pie pan.
Step 8: Pour Mixture
Pour cheesecake mixture into pie crust, and refrigerate over night.
Step 9: Strawberry Glaze
After your cheesecake is refrigerated, set aside, chop your 8 large strawberries and mix in a bowl with 5 tablespoons of strawberry jam. Pour strawberry mixture on top. Then enjoy!!!
