This is a multi cuisine dish,has a touch of garlic and it tastes heavenly......
Step 1: INGREDIENTS-
The ingredients for this tasty dish are-
olive oil(as per your needs)
Little ginger for flavouring(as per your needs)
1 medium sized onion
Salt(it varies from person to person)
(do not forget this serves 2)
Step 2: My Favourite Part-chopping and Frying
Put some olive oil and fry the chopped potatoes,capsicum,tomatoes,onion
(Don't forget to shred the ginger as shown in the picture)
At last put some red chilli powder and turmeric powder
Step 3: SQUEEZING THE MAIN INGREDIENT IN...
THE MAIN INGREDIENT FOR THIS DISH IS THE LEMON, SQUEEZE IT IN....
Step 4: ADD SALT
As the dish is cooking,occasionally stir it and add salt (you can add whatever amount you desire)
Step 5: LET IT COOK
Cover it with a lid and let it cook for a few . Don't forget to lower the flame.
Step 6: FRY SOME RICE
I fried the leftover rice and added an egg,you can too. (Its totally optional.)
Step 7: SET THE MOOD
To get the restaurant feel,you can set the mood. I set up some soft music and voila!
You are done...
Step 8: SERVE IT HOT
The main dish is done, This dish serves 2.
