Step 1: What You Will Need

- corn tortillas
- frying pan or griddle
- non-stick spray
- muffin tins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2: Heat the Tortilla

On a medium heat, allow the tortilla to just get warm (about 5-10 seconds) and flip.

Step 3: Flip and Spray

Flip the tortilla and heat the other side (about 5-10 seconds)

Tip: both sides of the tortilla need to be sprayed with non-stick spray. After you flip, you can spray a little on the top.

Step 4: Remove From Heat

Take the tortilla and remove it using a spatula. You will want to flip it onto the muffin tin, turned upside down, into the open space between four cups.

Step 5: Form the Shell

While still hot, press into the space between the cups. It should be evenly opened.

Step 6: Spray the Other Side

After forming the shell, spray this side of the shell lightly.

Repeat filing the pan with more shells.

Step 7: Cook the Shells

Place the tins inside the oven for about ten minutes. Keep a watch on them so they don't burn. You want them to cook just before turning brown.

Step 8: Cool and Stuff

Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.

Stuff with taco meat, lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream, etc.

Any leftovers can be stored in an air right container or large freezer ziploc bag.
