Tangle Free Earphone Cord Wrapper.




Okay, Second instructable; how to make a tangle free earphone cord wrapper.

There is two method:

1. Old credit card (or plastic card) cutted to wrap the cord around.

2. Wrap your cord around your hand and do a knot.

Step 1: 1. Plastic Card Method

Okay, so get a plastic card (like an old credit card) and scissor.

1. Cut the card in half.
2.cut 2 angled line like on the picture(look on the fifth one).
3.Cut an hole at the end of the line (on the both lines) .
4 . Try it.

Let's try the second method...

Step 2: 2. Hand Knot Method

Okay, This is the second method, you just need your hand.

1. Wrap the cord around your hand, with the earphone in your hand.

Step 3: Conclusion.

    I found that wrapping my cord with a silicone material helps a lot. Search for spiral cord protector. They cost less than $5. The one I got was from www.spiralcordprotectors.com.

    Yes.. your english is fine.. dont worry about the grammar police, they tend to be picky..

    Is there any worry about the card cutting the wires at all? Maybe somehow putting some tape around the holes in some way? I love this idea though. I'm forever getting the things tangled and you could even use this to adjust the length while listening!

    ok... good idea man, really cool just wanted to let everyone know that is going to use the hand method, my iPhone headphones broke after a few weeks because of using the hand method. the end of the jack got lose and now they are worth less.... just keep that in mind

    I think that if you used better grammar in the future, your Instructables would be better and clearer. Other than that, this is a very good idea.

    The credit card one has been done before, but I like the idea for the hand. Nice job!
