I would like to share with you a recipe for a traditional Bulgarian dish ( although you can taste different variations of it in most of the Bulgarian neighbour countries :) . It is really easy to make and really tasty. People eat it mostly in the summer to cool them down from the heat and keep them happy :). So I hope you try it.

Step 1: Ingredients:
- yogurt - 2 cups
- water- 1 cup
- 1 cucumber
- 1 or 2 cloves of garlic ( if you don't like it don't put it :) )
- 1 small spoon of vinegar
- 1 small spoon of oil
- dill leaves
Step 2: How to Make It :)
Cut the cucumber into small cubes, put the yogurt,water, oil, dill leaves, vinegar and the pressed garlic together and you are ready :) The density should be like a soup, depending on how you like it more you can put more yogurt or water.
