Create a fun and easy leather tassel necklace.

Step 1: Cut Leather

Cut 5 pcs of leather 1/8” wide and 7” long.

Step 2: Twist Wire

Twist about 16” of 26g silver wire around the middle of your leather strands, leaving an inch of wire loose to make a loop. Fold your leather strands in half.

Step 3: Make a Loop

Make a loop with your inch of wire and twist around the base of loop and snip. Tightly wrap the excess wire around your strands and snip.

Step 4: Trim

Trim bottom of tassel.

Step 5: Assemble

Insert a pc of wire, about 3 inches long through silver tassel loop, then insert both pieces of wire through a bead.
Add another bead, make loop and snip. Add chain.

Step 6: Finished

Have fun and embellish with more beads

    This was such an easy necklace to make and absolutely beautiful! Thanks for sharing....I received several comments on it at my sisters country/boho styled wedding.
