it's a smd capasitor on a laptop motherboard. I'm try testing a smd capasitor using multimeter in x10 range switch , I fine a smd cap ( non polar ) real short. this is a current filter on voltage suspend ( 5v Sus ) for sata power supply.
Do not power up .
replace capasitor for in this case.
Problem Solved !
