Anti-cold Edible Bouquet

Cold can catch us all off-guard. This citrus, honey and root vegetable bouquet is a perfect way to protect your loved ones or as a get-well gift.
When cold autumn and winter months roll in, the anti-cold bouquet can be the best gift one can offer. This edible arrangement is going to be heavy, so make sure you have a sturdy vase to keep it in while you’re arranging everything.
What you will need
- Desired amounts of lemons, limes, ginger and garlic
- Small jars of honey
- Rubber bands
- Wooden skewers (bamboo sticks)
- Florist tape
- Wrapping paper
- Hot glue gun
- Small bunches of small herbs
Step 1: Secure Miniature Honey Jars With Wooden Sticks.
Add sticks until the jars stand straight up. You can add some bonnets or other accessories to the jars as well. Let your imagination fly.
Step 2: Mount Citrus, Garlic and Ginger Onto Same Wooden Sticks.
Add as many sticks as you feel needed until the items stand straight up.
Step 3: Secure Your Bouquet With Copious Amounts of Rubber Bands.
You can add bands to separate groups of items and then secure the whole bouquet as well.
Step 4: Securing Bouquet Stem
Secure the bouquet further with florist tape. Don’t be afraid to add more tape to this edible arrangement.
The best time to stop is when you feel it’s secure.
Step 5: Wrap Your Bouquet Into Chosen Wrapping Paper.
You can use a ribbon and hot glue to secure the paper on the sides and the stem. In making of bouquets, I encourage improvisation and creativity, so choose the paper you feel fits your idea of the edible bouquet. For this bouquet I used two sheets of paper with different colours.
Step 6: Finish Off With Some Additional Greenery.
Not just to look stunning, but also to hide wooden sticks that remained visible.
