MATERIALS

1.  CARDBOARD ROLLS

2.  BAND SAW(TECH SHOP)

3.PAINTER TAPE

4. WOOD GLUE (THE BEST)

5. SANDER (OPTIONAL)

6. TWO TACKS OR NAILS OR SCREWS

Step 1: FRIST STEP

USING  AT LEAST 4 LARGE CARDBOARD ROLLS 

WALK OVER TO TECH SHOP AND USE THE BAND SAW TO CUT YOU ROLLS UP INTO SMALLER SECTION

TRY A VARIETY OF SIZE MAYBE 4" LENGTH -2"

PLAY AROUND WITH DIFFERENT LENGTH


SANDING IS OPTIONAL!



Step 2: STEP TWO

ARRANGE ALL YOU CUT ROLLS ON THE TABLE  IN ANY CONFIGURATION YOU LIKE

MAKE SURE ALL THE ROLLS TOUCH EACH OTHER THE MORE SIDE THAT TOUCH THE STRONGER THE SHELF


* GLUE SIDE THAT TOUCH  USING A BRUSH AND GLUING ONE SIDE AT AT A TIME

Step 3:

NOW THAT ALL HAS GLUE  WRAP PAINTERS TAPE ALL AROUND  NICE AND TIGHT NOT TOO TIGHT OTHER WISE YOU DESIGN WILL FALL APART 

GET A HELPER!  IT HELPS

LET IT  DRY FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS.

ALMOST DONE

Step 4: STEP WALA

HANG USING A TWO NAILS FROM THE TOP TWO ROLLS THAT ARE  ON THE TOP OF YOUR  DESIGN. THE NAILS  ARE  NAIL IN PLACE THEN PLACE TUBES ON TOP

    Really like this idea. You can easily see/reach all your tools. Wonder if you cut them at a slight angle if it would still hang properly. That way when you grab one thing others wont slide out.
