This is a pumpkin made out of paper.

Step 1: Cut the Paper

You want to make 8 1in by 12in straight cuts into construction paper.

Step 2: Get Some Glue and Glue the Peices Together

You want to start glueing the pieces into a star form with will create a nice round shape for the pumpkin.

Step 3: Finishing the Shape

You want to start grabbing the pieces from the bottom and start folding the pieces of paper up to make the finishing shape of the pumpkin. The pumpkin should now be round when you start to glue the pieces together.

Step 4: The Middle

You want to get a skewer and stick it in the middle of the pumpkin to make it stand up better and room for the stem. You want to make it about 9-11 inches and stick the stick down where you glued all your pieces together give it a little force and it should go through the paper. Go through the top and bottom.

Step 5: The Stem

You want to get some green construction paper fold it in half, and cut out the shape of the pumpkin stem. After cutting it all out you want to have two pieces. After you want to glue the EDGES together and leave a gap in the center for the skewer.
