Step 1: Purchase the Ingredients From Your Favorite Organic Market or Store
You will need the following ingredients:
4 large organic tomatoes, 3 peeled and chopped, 1 diced
1 ear organic corn, corn cut off cob
3 large organic carrots, 2 sliced, 1 shredded
1 organic onion, diced in large pieces
2 stalks organic celery, chopped
1 organic squash, diced
1 organic zucchini, diced
1/4 lb. organic cabbage, diced
8 oz. organic parmesan cheese, 4 oz. graded, 4 oz. shredded
1 jar (25 oz.) organic tomato basil sauce
16 oz. gluten free supergrain organic spaghetti pasta
16 oz. organic ground turkey (optional)
2 tbsp. organic coconut oil
1/2 organic green bell pepper, diced
3 oz. fresh organic baby spinach
8 oz. organic mushrooms, sliced
2 level tbsp. organic sugar (optional)
Step 2: Preparation Instructions Step 1
Add 2 tbsps. coconut oil to a large pot. Add organic ground turkey, onion, and green bell pepper and brown over medium-high heat. Add black pepper to taste.
Step 3: Preparation Instructions Step 2
Add sauce and 3 peeled tomatoes, corn, sliced carrots, celery, squash, zucchini, cabbage, mushrooms, and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Fill medium-large pot 3/4 with water, bring to a boil. Add spaghetti, cook 6-9 minutes until almost tender.

Drain spaghetti and combine with sauce and vegetable mixture in large pot.

Place serving of spaghetti and sauce mixture on plate. Top with grated parmesan cheese, spinach, diced tomato, shredded carrots, and shredded parmesan cheese.
