I thought it would be a great idea to make a pizza that all three courses on it; a starter, a main course and a dessert! So this is what I came up with.
The ingredients needed to make this pizza are:
Pizza dough - homemade or store bought, enough to make one pizza base
Half a small tin of tomato puree
Chocolate - I used Rolos and a chopped up Mars bar
Step 1: Chop Ingredients
The first thing to do it to chop up your ingredients that need chopping up.
Chop up the onion and red pepper into small chunks.
Step 2: Prepare the Pizza Base
Now its time to prepare the pizza base.
Roll out the dough and place it onto your baking tray. Then you have to divide up your pizza base into three different sections. To do this take a knife and lightly score the pizza base so that the base is divided up into three even sections, and with enough pressure that you can see the lines.
Step 3: Add Ingredients
Now you have to add the ingredients!
Add tomato puree and the grated cheese to two of the sections; the starter section and the main course section.
Add the spinach to one of the sections to complete the starter section, and then on the other section add the pepper, onions and then olives to complete the main course section!
Even though we have only added toppings to two of the sections, the pizza is going to go into the oven for five minutes, as the toppings for the starter and main courses take longer to cook than the dessert course toppings.
Step 4: Into the Oven!
Pre-heat the oven to 220'c and put the pizza in the oven for five minutes.
Step 5: Add the Dessert Course
After the pizza has been in for five minutes, take the pizza out and spread the chocolate spread out evenly on the dessert section. Then put the cut up chocolate chunks over the dessert section and pop the pizza back into the oven for 5 - 8 minutes. Keep an eye on the pizza to make sure that the chocolate does not get burnt!
Step 6: Finished!
After the pizza has been in the oven for a total of 10-13 minutes it is now ready to eat! Enjoy your three course meal
