Step 1: Ingredients:

60g (2oz) Mascarpone

100ml (3.4fl oz) Heavy Cream

2 Tablespoons Icing Sugar

1 Teaspoon Unsweetened Natural Cocoa Powder

¼ Teaspoon Instant Coffee Granules

Step 2: Directions:

Ina mixing bowl, whip the cream with icing sugar. Add mascarpone, cocoa powder and coffee granules (you can dissolve them in a teaspoon of water, if preferred) and mix with an electric whisk until well combined.

Transfer into individual bowls and dust with cocoa powder (optional). Serve with lady fingers.
