Tomato Pecorino Soup

Introduction: Tomato Pecorino Soup

The only trick to making a good soup? -Good ingredients! This soups brings some simple flavours beautifully together.

Step 1: Get Your Ingredients

As I'm new to this I forgot to take photos during preparation so I will do this next time. Instead I'm faking it with some images from the internet. It's still the right ingredients though!

The list:

canned tomatoes
roasted pepper
some coffeebeans
red pepper corns
olive oil

Step 2: Chop & Fry

Chop your onions and crush your red pepper corns.
Then fry them in a big pan.

Step 3: Add All Spices But Not....

Add all your spices but NOT the Marjoram!
Repeat: Do not add the marjoram!

Step 4: Add Tomatoes and the Red Pepper

Chop up the tomatoes and roasted red pepper.
Cook for 20 minutes on a not too high heat.

Step 5: Finish

Take the bay-leaf from the soup.
Mix until you have a smooth consistency.
Finish with a bit of salt, marjoram and fresh pecorino.

Step 6: Eat

Enjoy it with a piece of good bread and real butter.
