Great on chips, and also as an accent for meat--especially jerk chicken or pork. The recipe makes about 3 cups.
1 red bell pepper
1 bunch of green onions
1/2 cup pineapple
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
(As each ingredient is prepared, add it to a medium bowl.)
Chop up the mango and pineapple into small chunks
Chop up the green onion, bell pepper, and papaya, and put it in a food processor; chop until pulpy
Squeeze the lemon and lime into the bowl
Add the garlic, salt, and cinnamon
Mix it well and start eating
