Step 1: Ingredients and Tools

Ingredients:
1. Garlic cloves (as much as you like)
2. Frying oil

Tools:
1. Mortar and pestle
2. Frying pan

Step 2: Preparing the Garlic

Add garlic to your pot and mash until you have a sort of sticky paste with chunks in it (dont know how to describe it better :)

Step 3: Fry the Garlic!

Heat oil on a low temperature, add garlic until its sligthly brown.

Step 4: Put in a Jar and Store, or Eat and Enjoy!

Put the garlic into a jar and be sure to include all the oil from the pan. Now you have a very aromatic topping, good for noodle soup bowls, but also usable as a topping for everything else, if you are a garliclover.

I am an unabashed garlic lover. This looks like something I'll have to try.
