So lets have a little talk about eating this Turmeric Tofu Sesame Seed Salad. Sit down, grab a chair first if there isn't one. Now you will only need a fork! Alright lets take our first mouthful. Grab a bit of tofu first I reckon. Okay now push further into some sun-dried tomato and olives aww yeeeahh. That's my favourite part. Oh my gosh the smells are taunting but keep going, grab some cucumber or lettuce to finish off the fork. Alright, you know what to do. Step 1: Ingredients:

What you will need:

For the salad:

Half an Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)
3 Carrots (peeled and grated)
1 medium Cucumber (sliced)
1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (chopped)
2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds (toasted)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil (from the sun-dried tomatoes)

For the Tofu:

150g of Tofu (sliced)
Dash of Olive Oil
Sprinkle of White Pepper
Dash of Sesame Oil
Pinch of Chilli Flakes
Dash of Tamari
1/2 tsp Turmeric

Step 2:

Cook the tofu first. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the tofu and all the other ingredients. Cook for around 5 minutes until nice and golden brown

Step 3:

Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl and add the cooked tofu. Mix well and serve it up!
