This is an instructable on how to make pasta with the little twisty noodle thingies.
What you'll need:
1 bell pepper
1/2 of an onion
Pasta sauce ( I used Francesco Rinaldi tomato and basil sauce, but you can use something else)
Twisty pasta noodles
Start by boiling your water in a big pot, you'll need to fill the pot about 2/3 with water and add a bit olive oil and salt. Then, you should brown the beef while the water is boiling. You'll want to make sure the pan is big since you're going to put tomato sauce and vegetables in it as well. Then chop up your vegetables, make sure they're all about the same size as each other so they can cook at the same time.
Once you've chopped up your veggies and all that stuff, the water will most likely be boiling. Go ahead and add the noodles that you've used to the water.
When the meat is completely brown all around, add the vegetables and pasta sauce to it. Cover the pan with a lid and let it sit for about 5 minutes. This will give the noodles and vegetables to cook and give you a bit of a break.
When the five minutes have passed by, check the noodles and see if they are soft. If they are, strain them in a strainer. Also lower the heat on the meat since it is most likely cooked all the way through. Once you've strained it and all that stuff, you're safe to eat it. And that's about it.
