USB Plug Support for Mac Laptops

This Instructable will show you how to keep your cables from being accidentally mashed down while plugged in. I ruined a few laptop USB ports and this works great, especially on the go!

Step 1:

Plug in your USB cables. Yes, this trick will support both cables at once! Awesome!

Step 2:

Take an ordinary bottle cap and make sure that it is not warped from a less than gentle bottle opening. You can press it down on a hard flat surface to get it nice and flat.

Step 3:

Gently slide the bottle cap under your USB plugs. You will notice that it is a perfect fit!

Step 4:

This will prevent accidental damage to your laptop USB ports! Happy hacking!
