Do you like meringues? Do you like beautiful colorful meringues? Then you will love these meringues! These are beautiful unicorn poop meringues! They might sound gross, but let my group and I tell you that they are scrumptious! This recipie makes about 20 meringues depending on how big you pipe them. They are so colorful and yummy! They are hard to make because if you get the slightest bit of egg yolk in the batter, they will not work. We had to use lemon extract, because we couldn't find strawberry extract, but if you can find strawberry then definitely use that! They do take a little bit of time to bake but, they are worth the wait! We hope you like our recipie! Have fun making them!
