wheel pulley:21 t5 36 teeth

2x aluminium plate : 60x150 (mm)

steel plate for ventilator 50x50x0.5 (mm)

34x 6mm grub screw (25mm)

60mm Solid aluminum cylinder (60mm)

2 bearing of longboard

8mm axle (90mm)

12mm axle (90mm)

Step 2: Manufacture and Assembly

1 Drill the pulley of the engine in 6mm. Use a lathe. Drill and tap the side of the pulley to place a screw without head there anti rotation. Make a dish with a grinder on the axis of the engine to fix the small pulley

2To make a ventilator in a plate of steel 0.5 mm in thickness of the shape of the engine, it comes to settle behind the engine with 3 screw. In turning point, makes the air circulate. This ventilator is very important for cooling the engine, otherwise, it risks to burn out

3 For the roller, drill it with one turn to place a bearing on each side. Assemble the pulley with the roller evec 2 screws, use the lathe to center the pulley and drill the to 20mm. The set will rotate on an 8mm

4 Make 2 aluminum plate (for cooling) or steel to join the roller and motor.

5 Assemble the plates with the axles, one of 8mm for the roller and one of 12mm (for rigidity and fixing on the vehicle) the axes must be drilled and tapped for 5mm screws

6 Lock the roller on the shaft with 8mm washers

7 For electronics, it's plug and play
