    I would like to start by saying that a vacuum has a number of effects on molecules including that of lowering the boiling point (water can be boiled at room temperature then frozen in a vacuum see: Ebullism). However, to use the vacuum efficiently you would need to use more of a Hofmann Voltameter type cell which allows for separation of oxygen and hydrogen (attch vacuum to the Oxygen side). On another note, Hydrogen cannot hurt the engine, regular gas (isooctane) is composed of a Hydrocarbon chain (has Carbon, but more Hydrogen than it has Carbon). The concept in general though, is that you are using the gas in conjunction with the H2 and O2. The electrolysis conversion is not 100% efficient so by augmenting the missing percentage with gasoline, you can increase fuel economy. By the way, using a SCUBA tank compressor, you can generate the Hydrogen and Oxygen mix for later and use it like LPG; but be careful about it!

The "breaking point" of any molecule must be the same amount of energy in any condition (apart from one which already gives the molecule more energy) otherwise you could create energy from nothing. Even if this did work it would use more energy than it creates (just like normal H2 - O2)

    We have shown 4 times more HHo has when the fuel cell is under just 10 inches of vacuum. If your concept of power in to power out was accurate ; then oil companies could never make any cash because they would use as much energy to refine the fuel and could never profit. They use vacuum cracking in Oil refining to make gasoline because the molecule bonds behave differently in a vacuum and much less power is need to free them. Sorry Bio, but the HHo vacuum pressure secret has leaked into main stream.     Actually, the free energy of any reaction, including splitting water into hydrogen and oxygen, depends on a number of factors, including concentrations of the substrates and products, temperature, pressure, etc.

    I have no doubt that you could get a statistically significant (i.e., measurable) difference in the amount of energy needed to electrolyse water at low pressures. Of course, then you would also need to spend some extra energy compressing the hydrogen and oxygen before you can inject it into the cylinders...

    All in all, it is possible that the process might run somewhat more efficiently at lower pressures, but I wouldn't expect to see a huge difference overall...

    Yeah you'll get a little better gas mileage 2 - 3% but the real problems will come later , the amperage that it draws puts even more of a strain on your Alternator eventually destroying it, The gas released by the process is deadly and highly explosive not to mention corrosive. I'm not putting anything like this on my car.

    This is year 2 for us running the fuel cell on the now semi famous Metalpress.tv truck. 168000 miles on this 1993 truck and its going great for now. And we will let folks know of we have any troubles. Your wrong about the gas as it has no such corrosive effect. HHo gas burning in fact stops rust and builds a layer of shielding on the metal- the water it produces is distilled and has no rusting effect. Research HHO gas torch and effects on metal. You are already burning hydrogen in your car Mr evil sir. Oil is hydrogen and carbon. We inject 50 percent extra Hydrogen with fresh oxygen to our fuel. The burn is so much better you really are missing out but thanks for taking the time to comment. You do realize this only cost a few bucks to test right? You can hear and feel the effects of this powerful vacuum fuel cell design. Seriously.

    By product of the gas being burned is water, does this affect the outlet valves and the exhaust with rust/corrosion? and does,nt the gas in the cylinder burn at a higher degree than petrol or diesel and therefore affect timing?

    Burning gasoline also produces water vapor. Roughly speaking, you have: (CH2)n + 3n/2 O2 -> n CO2 + n H2O Supplementing the gasoline with H2 and O2 would increase the amount of water vapor in the exhaust, but it's already there in a normal combustion engine as well.

    From what i'm to understand this is just h2-o2 gas and has been proven as bunk cause it takes more energy to make than just to run gas. can anyone site source or proof as to this actually working? i'm all for alternate fuels but these all seem to be the same hoaxs. though i may be posting a set of instructions on how to make a car run on ethonal and the reasons as to why you should do so soon.

    So - do you get more mpg with this? Ie, after burning the petrol to run the engine to power the alternator, to run the vacuum and 'fuel cell' then feed this 'free gas' into the engine- do you get better mpg than before? Can you prove this?
