Im kinda confused by one "recipient" of vanilla cream or yogurt, like starter kits or actual yogurt or?

I am using a vanilla cream that I bought in my local grocery store, what I mean is that you can swap it for a vanilla yogurt if you want. It doesn't necessarily have to be this specific cream. Just use 125 ml of anything creamy and with vanilla flavour.
