Introduction: Vegan Banana Ice-cream
This is a vegan and healthy ice-cream. No sugar added and a great dessert. This recipe is for chocolate+peanut butter flavor but it's a very flexible recipe to make ice-cream. Think of the bananas as the cream. Bananas are the base and you can add flavors to it.
bananas (1 per portion)
100% cacao powder
any milk you like (optional)
Step 1: Banana Base
Cut bananas and freeze them for 2 hours if you are using a hand blender. If you are using a powerful blender you can have them fully frozen.
Step 2: Chocolate Flavour
Add cacao powder. Bananas are sweet already but if you want extra sweet you can add some fresh dates (2, 3)
Step 3: Peanut Butter
Add peanut butter.
Step 4: Some Milk
You can add some milk of your choice to make it a bit more creamy. I suggest thick oat milk.
Step 5: Blend
Blend it all until ice-cream looking
Step 6: Enjoy!
Now you can even have ice-cream for breakfast
