Vegan Iced London Fog

Introduction: Vegan Iced London Fog

About: I work in the mental health field as therapist in a residential treatment program. I also have a duel career in health and wellness doing massage and personal exercise training. My hobbies which spill over ...

We recently discovered London Fogs at Starbucks and they are great. Problem is some baristas don't like making them because they take a lot of time. So we started experimenting at home. Here is my take on a vegan iced London Fog latte.

Step 1: Ingredients

Earl Grey teabags

Ice

Milk alternative

Vanilla simple syrup

Boiling water

Cold water

Step 2: Brew Tea

Bring a kettle of water to a boil and brew 2 teabags for 5-8 minutes. When the tea is done steeping, add a couple of ice cubes so you don't break your glass mug and then pour the tea into your drinking mug. Add more ice cubes.

Step 3: Milk Alt.

Pour in 1/4-1/2 cup of soy/almond/coconut milk.

Step 4: Sweeten

Usually a tablespoon or so of vanilla syrup is enough to sweeten this drink, but add more as needed.

Step 5: Drink

Give the London Fog a stir and you're ready to drink!
