Introduction: Veg Wrap
This is a veggie wrap. The filling can be changed as you desire. Hope you like it... This is my first attempt for a large measure. I had a get together at home and about 35 people coming. It was a great experience. It took me a long time though but enjoyed the experience.
Ingredients: (14 wraps)
All Purpose flour (maida) - 3 cups
egg - 1
water - just enough to give it a fairly loose consistency
salt as desired
Oil – 1 tbsp
Onion -3 big
Beans – 1.5 cup
Carrot – 1.5 cup
Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1.5 tbsp
Green chilli sauce - 1.5 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt as needed
Garlic - 4
egg - 1
Bread crumbs - as needed

Step 1: Prepare the Veggies
Heat a pan and pour oil. When the oil is hot add the crushed garlic and sauté it. When the garlic flavor is infused in oil discard the garlic. Sauté onions tomato for a while and add in the vegetable and cook it till soft.
Step 2: Cook the Veggies
Now add the sauces and, salt and sugar and cook for a while. Mix well.
Step 3: Batter for the Wraps
For the batter take an egg and beat it lightly. The all purpose flour is mixed with water and beaten egg till a slightly loose consistency. Add salt as desired.
Step 4: Make the Wraps
Heat the flat pan and pour little batter on it and make it in round shape as shown in the picture.
Step 5: Rolling
Take each wrap and place the filling. Roll as directed by the numbers. Thus the filling is secured inside the pancake.
Step 6: Deep Frying
Take an egg and beat it. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Take the rolled wraps and soak it in egg and the in the bread crumbs and fry it.
