very easy. 2 ingredients required. makes medium meat pies.
Step 1: Ingredients
1 can of corned beef hash (I used hormel country kitchen hash)
1 package of pie crusts.
Step 2: The Crust.
take crust rolls out of the package and let them reach room temperature before unrolling.
cut crust into 4 pieces.
Put some hash on the crust an fold it over. Pinch the open ends closed and roll them inward.
Step 4: Oven Time!
Put the pies on a greased cookie sheet and poke holes in the top. Cook at 425 drgrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cook until the crust is golden brown. Enjoy!
They freeze very well. to reheat from frozen wrap in a paper towel and microwave for 60 to 90 seconds.
