In this instructable I will show you how to make a nourishing scrub for every day!

This is a must for coffee lovers with a dry or normal-to-dry skin.

It is made with leftover coffee and a mix of oils. It is a game changer for women, who does a lot of home work or work with chemicals or temperature changes that affect our skin.

I have a super dry skin in autumn and winter time, so this simple hand mask-scrub has changed a lot my skin condition.

I highly recommend to start your day with this nourishing routine that helps more than a hand cream!

If you drink coffee, it is a great way to use your leftover grounds. Yes, coffee should be freshly brewed and warm – it is important.

Mixed with avocado oil, apricot oil and coconut oil, it becomes super nourishing and your skin will love it!

5 reasons why you need this morning hand care routine:

- You are coffee drinker & love coffee aroma.

- You wonder how to use leftover coffee grounds.

- You have a sensitive, itchy, dry or normal-to-dry skin.

- You want a glowing, baby-soft hand skin.

- You want an easy and a wake-me-up routine.

A little about the oils:

Apricot oil makes a glowing skin. I think it is an underrated oil. This oil has E and K vitamins. It helps a lot in retaining moisture, eliminating dry skin and relieving inflammatory skin conditions. Moreover, it can help reduce wrinkles on hands. Possible substitute - almond oil.

Avocado oil has A, D, E vitamins. It helps in reducing itchy skin, hydrate and replenish dry skin. It gives a protection from ultraviolet and skin damage.

Coconut oil reduces inflammation, moisturizes dry skin. Moreover, it helps to heal the wounds and moisturizes dry skin. Coconut oil is rich in lauric acid and has antimicrobial properties.

Supplies:

7 g ground coffee = 17 g leftover ground coffee, warm

12 drops apricot oil

12 drops avocado oil

1/2 tsp coconut oil

1/2 tsp desiccated coconut

1/2 tsp honey (optional)

mixing bowl
