Here is and incredible new alternative to surprise your guess... Watremelon Guacamole with Chervil

Step 1: Ingredients
1 Avocado large (or 3 small)
1/3 cup of Tomatoes (small diced)
¼ cup of White Onion (small diced)
½ cup of Watermelon (small diced)
½ tbsp. cilantro (chopped)
1 tbsp. chervil (chopped)
1 tsp sweet banana pepper (chopped)
½ tsp olives (chopped)
½ tsp garlic (minced)
1 tbsp. of Olive Oil
1 lime juice (fresh squeeze)
Kosher Salt (to taste)
Step 2: Tools:
For this recipe you going to use this tools:
- Sharp Knife
- ½ cup.
- 1/3 cup
- ¼ cup
- 1 tbls spoon
- ½ tbs spoon
- 1 tsp spoon
Step 3: Cut the Ingredients
After cut the Onion and Tomatoes, and chopped the Chervil, Cilantro, Olives and Sweet Banana Pepper add the garlic and put all the ingredients together in bowl...
Step 4: Avocados Time
Peel and cut the avocados, (for this recipe I am using the large Florida Avocado) but any avocado is good... the amount going to depend on the size of the Avocado..
Step 5: Limes Cut
Cut the lime in four parts to get the juice more easily... you can used an the lime squeezer
Step 6: Watermelon Time
Dice the Watermelon and add to the mix ingredients... make sure is small dice and be careful to not chopped them
Step 7: Almost Done
Gently mash and mix the ingredient until get soft but at the
same time keep some chunky pieces of avocado and watermelon
Step 8: Serve
Serve in a nice bowl with chips... is a fresh switch that any of your guess expect
