Step 1: Watermelon Peeling

Take a whole water melon

Peel the melon by using a good peeler that I have used as shown
in the picture.

Step 2: Cuting Into Slices

Cut watermelon rind slices and the flesh as well.

Step 3: Juice Extraction/dosage.

Use any type of juice Extractor for extracting the juice.

Mix both the juices in a Pitcher And Take 2 glasses in before
dinner.Avoid Animal food for at least a month.

While you can fish can be used along with the course.

    Does it work, that is the question. I'm going on day 4 of suffering and had a notion watermelon might work now that cherries and other things haven't. I'll give it a try and report back. Thanks!

    The way it's described it sounds as if you are also including the skin to be used as part of the juice, however you don't this do you? You mean the rind under the skin...just want to make it clear.

    Ajan3, I thank you for your quick response. As an added thought; when I had pneumonia some years ago, for some reason I craved watermelon juice and my husband juiced more watermelon than I could count. It was so satisfying and quenched the thirst. I am now 92 and watermelon is still my favorite which I buy all year long although often times I have to research it's availability on the computer.
