Wedding Cookies





2 stick of softened butter
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1tsp of Vanilla
2 1/4 cups of flour
3/4 cup of chopped nuts

Step 1:

Mix butter, sugar, vanilla, flour and nuts.

Step 2:

Roll into 1inch balls.

Step 3:

Place on un greased cookie sheet.

Step 4:

Bake for 10-12 mins until set, but not  brown.

Step 5:

Roll balls into powdered sugar and coat evenly.

    The ratios of ingredients are different than the other mexican wedding cookie recipes on here. Definitely not plagiarized. Will try soon.

    What I mean is, I went to the blog where this recipe, with this opening photo, was previously published.

    I know that the pics are a but off but I have got this recipe from my aunt and is NOT a previously posted recipe. If you have any other questions or comments I will be happy to reply.
