Step 1: Ingredients
1 lb hamburger
1 can chilli beans in tomato sauce do not drain
(Or your fave beans)
Fave BBQ sauce about half a cup or more to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
And a bag of nacho cheese chips
Sour cream and shredded cheese to top if you like but it is good all by it self !
Step 2: Browning the Hamburger.
Place hamburger in pan and cook on medium heat. Chopping and stirring as it browns. Add salt and pepper how you like while it cooks. Once there is no more pink hamburger. Drain the fat off. I have found the easiest way to do this is to tip the pan to one side a scoop out the juices with a spoon. Discard hamburger fat In an old can or jar a toss it when its cooled.
Step 3: The Rest of the Story.
Add BBQ sauce and beans cook on medium heat for about 5 mins stirring occasionally. Sauce will thicken as it cooks. While you wait get a bowl and add a good handful of your nacho chips. Then add your bean mixture to the chips and add your toppings if you like and enjoy.
