Add Nutella and process for 1-2 minutes (until a smooth mixture begins forming). Remove mixture to small bowl and freeze for 10-20 minutes. This step will make it easier to form the heart shapes for your cookie pops.

Step 1: Procedure Continued
Form mixture into smooth balls using a (heaping) 1/2 tablespoon measure. Line the balls up in pairs on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Push the balls together, then pinch the bottoms into single points. Smooth the top seam over with a small spatula. Manipulate into desired heart shapes by smoothing with your finger and pushing edges with the spatula. (Make sure the seam is sufficiently melded together or it will split later when inserting lollipop sticks.)
Step 2: Procedure Continued
Cover baking sheet with waxed paper (not pictured) and refrigerate overnight (or until sufficiently firm enough to insert sticks). Carefully insert sticks into bottom points of hearts, cover with waxed paper and freeze for one hour.
Step 3: Procedure Continued
Assemble your decorating sprinkles and frozen heart pops. (Reuse the waxed paper-line sheet for setting the dipped/decorated pops.) Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler over high heat, then shut off heat and keep bowl over hot water.
Step 4: Procedure Continued
Dip your frozen pops into the melted chocolate. Smooth with a flat butter knife (not pictured - I only have two hands!). Work quickly as the chocolate sets up rather fast on the frozen surface and won't accept the sprinkles if hardened.
e small treat bags that I cut down.)
Step 5: Procedure Continued
Once you have sufficiently smoothed the chocolate onto the pop, immediately decorate to your heart's desire with the chosen sprinkles, then lay it back down onto the wax paper-lined sheet. When all pops are done, place sheet in freezer for 5-10 minutes to set the chocolate, then cover each pop with a plastic treat bag and close off with a twisty. (Note: the clear bags pictured in my ingredients photo do not match the ones I ended up using. The originals weren't large enough to cover the pops, so I used some small treat bags that I cut down.)
Step 6: You're Done!
Assemble your completed pops into a Valentine's Day themed container or onto a plate and wait for the oohs an aahs! No one will be able to resist the flavor combination of white chocolate, Nutella and Oreo cookies, I guarantee!
