Who's Home - Track Your Beloved Ones Whether They Are at Home or Not Using the Bluetooth Low Energy Tag

With the cheap Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)  tag, you can monitor and track who is currently present at home and receive the notification from the Twitter message. The program will keep on looping to find the BLE tag and check whether they are in or out of range. The current status will be shown in the mini LCD display and also be posted in Twitter.
