I get all the mechanical parts for this car  from scrap market nearby..
for Electronic components I use Atmega16 for controlling two H-Bridge  
The principle of this circuit is using the serial pins RX/TX for Atmega16 to get order from PC using RS232 to Ethernet converter

    if you are not familiar with microcontroller ,I don't recommend you to do this project and I will suggest you to start with arduino first (search on youtube about arduino tutorial) ,understand the concept ,do some circuits ,understand how to connect serial port and how it work ,after that you can start for a project like this one.
