Quick & Easy: Baked Yellow Curry & Coconut Chicken Breasts

This Ibles is for those of us running about without much time or ingredients to quickly and easily whip up a hearty chicken & taters dindin.

So fire up the oven & grab the olive oil!

Step 1: Preheat Oven, Prep Chicken & Ingredients & It's Game On

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees


3 whole Chicken Breasts
Organic Coconut Oil
Trader Joe's Yellow Curry Paste
Himalayan Pink Salt
Minced Onion
Minced Garlic
Pinch of Basil
Hint of Italian Seasoning

We really lucked out: really affordable non gmo, free range Amish chickens!

1. Add Olive or Grapeseed Oil to dark glass baking pan. Add chicken and coat chicken lightly in olive oil and pink salt.

2. Simply grab a pinch of each ingredient and dash lightly onto olive oil covered chicken.

3. Put Chicken and whole taters in oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden.

Step 2: ENJOY! a Quick Satisfying Yellow Curry Coconut Chicken Delight.

Once golden & cooked remove from oven and cover with aluminum foil for extra juiciness!

Add cashews, asparagus or anything else you like and... Enjoy!
