Introduction: Your Own Log Pan for Nothing ! / Votre Propre Moule À Buche Pour Rien !

Make your own log pan of christmas and all this for absolutely nothing. Just by getting back some plastic which you would have been able to throw.
The material :
A pipe PVC of diameter 60 cm
A hard plastic package, for my part I used a packaging Skip
A Dremel tool
A pen
A meter
A stone of sanding
Gloves
A pistol with glue

Faites votre propre moule à bûche de noêl et tout cela pour rien du tout. Juste en récupérant du plastique que vous auriez pu jeter.
Le matériel :
Un tuyau PVC de diamètre 60 cm

Step 1: Step 1 : Coupe Des 2 Extremités / Cut of 2 Sides

In the first one, measure the tube on a 33 cm length and made a line also, around both sides which we have to cut.
Then, cut both extremities of the pipe (I preferred to cut in the middle both, because there were tracks of old glues)

Step 2: Step : Coupe De La Longueur / Cut of the Length

Made a point to the marker at the top of the first drawn line.

Puis mettez un point en face de ce point, pour qu'il soit en son milieu (utilisez une règle ou une équerre).
Pour finir descendez de l'autre côté afin de tracer un trait symétrique au premier trait.
Coupez les lignes des deux côtés.
N'hésitez pas à utiliser la pierre de poncage pour les parties abrasives.
Step 3: Step 3 : Cutting of Flatten Parts / Coupe Des Parties Plates

Take a piece of flat plastic and cut there in middle. Then place, along your table. Put your pipe of PVC cut in height to make the alignemen and draw a line to define the cut.

Step 4: Step 4 : Glue the Parts / Collage Des Parties

Take your pieces of plastic and stick of every side of the pipe cut with a pistol has glue.

Step 5: Step 5 : Finition / Finitions
