Intro: You're So Cheesey Noodles.
This is a fun and easy recipe, That my family loves to make and eat (lol). Me and my mom will always turn on some music, and dance while we shred the cheese. It contains simple ingredients and can be gluten free. I have a family of and my brother had a friend over and we still had leftovers.
Step 1: Ingredients and Supplies
- 1 cup shredded Mild cheddar
- 2 cup shredded Colby jack
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan Any small sized noodle like: penne,spiral, macaroni.
- ½ cup of room temp Cream cheese
- 8x13 glass pan
- cheese grader
- bowl to mix
- mixing spoon
Step 2: Shred the Cheese
Shred each cheese in a pile. Set aside for later. you can also shred the cheese while the noodles are cooking.
Step 3: Cook the Noodles
Follow the cooking orders on your noodle package. after cooked drain the noodles and prepare to mix every thing together.
Step 4: Mix and Stir
put all remaining ingredients( cream cheese, mild cheddar, colby jack, mozzarella) except Parmesan, in your cooked noodles.
Step 5: Put in Pan
Put your mixed ingredients in the 8x13 glass pan. Then put in the oven at 350* degrees. Cook for about 30 min or until cheese is melted. About half way through cooking sprinkle Parmesan on top of the noodles.
Step 6: Enjoy
