This takes 5 mins to put together and 30 mins to cook so they are great if you're in a hurry. Zucchini pizzas are a great heathy snack or appetiser if you're feeling a bit peckish and I'm sure all you're family and friends will love them as much as you do! Enjoy x

Step 2: Tomato Purée

Cove the inside of the zucchini with tomato purée

Step 3: Grated Chesse

Sprinkle grated cheese on the top

Keep checking if they are ready by poking a cocktail stick into it, you will know it is ready when it feels soft

Once you have allowed to pizzas to cool enough so that you can now touch them without burning yourself. Cut the pizzas into bitesize pieces

Step 8: Enjoy

Ditto about this being genius! This is great for those with celiac disease and other gluten sensitivities and want an alternative to the usual cardboard-like GF crusts.
