About: My name is Katarina aka Simply Katarina as I am known on YouTube. I love sharing my love for DIYs with other people by filming it and sharing it to a community who loves DIYs as much as me.

These really easy bite size pieces of zucchini with a topping that tastes like pizza is for no brainers because it's so simple to make. This takes 5 mins to put together and 30 mins to cook so they are great if you're in a hurry. Zucchini pizzas are a great heathy snack or appetiser if you're feeling a bit peckish and I'm sure all you're family and friends will love them as much as you do! Enjoy x

Step 1: Wash and Cut

Cut the zucchini in half with a sharp knife

Step 2: Tomato Purée

Cove the inside of the zucchini with tomato purée

Step 3: Grated Chesse

Sprinkle grated cheese on the top

Step 4: Toppings

Add extra toppings on top for example olives, pepperoni or ham. I just left mine plain

Step 5: In the Oven

Place on a baking tray and put into the oven till the cheese has melted and the zucchini has cooked

Step 6: Check

Keep checking if they are ready by poking a cocktail stick into it, you will know it is ready when it feels soft

Step 7: Cool and Cut

Once you have allowed to pizzas to cool enough so that you can now touch them without burning yourself. Cut the pizzas into bitesize pieces

Step 8: Enjoy

Now it's time to serve up these yummy treats

Ditto about this being genius! This is great for those with celiac disease and other gluten sensitivities and want an alternative to the usual cardboard-like GF crusts.
