Balloon Powered Hovercraft

This is my first 'able so dont be a hater, k?

What you need for this is:

     1. A ballon (dur)

     2. An old cd or dvd

     3.A bottle cap

     4.a glue bottle

     5. hammer and nail

Step 1: Framework

What you do is take the cap, put a nail through it and then you glue the cap onto the dvd/cd to complete the frame.

Step 2: LAUNCH!

To launch you need to inflate the ballon, pinch the neck and put the ballon over the bottle cap. keeping the neck pinched shut, quickly let go of the ballon and it should hover about a 1/2 inch to an inch above the ground!!
