Introduction: Cha-cha-cha or Chai Latte Smoothies?
This morning, I made this tasty chai latte smoothy! We drank it as a nice filling energizing breakfast! Ooh yeahhh! :)
Recipe: for about 750 ml = 3 cups
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 large ripe banana
2 pitted dates
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom,
3 cm peeled ginger, cut up into finer pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 pinches of Maldon sea salt
Step 1: Blend It All Together in a Vitamix!
Place your ingredients in this order in your Vitamix-container & use the tamper too. Blend on full speed & on high-power for about 15 to 30 seconds until fully joined. Taste! It has to taste awesome! Pour into 2 beautiful smoothy glasses & enjoy with a loved one! :)
