well really you can make it out of any chip bag/snack bag

Step 1: Clean Bag

just rise it out and dry it it's not that hard

Step 2: Duct Tape

first tape the whole back of the bag, taping what ever folds you have to fit your bag to your required ...requirements, than tape on a way to make each end ... stick together (stick probably isn't the best word but whatever) I used some buttons from old slacks (shhh I also used hot glue)
