Coffee Table

This simple to make coffe table is nice and strong.

I made it out of an old computer desk that i took apart and used

the wood from it.

Step 1: Take Apart

take the whole desk apart

Step 2: What You Need

4- 3 corner brackets

1/2 inch screws

2- 25.5 by 15.5 inch pieces of wood

1- 23.5 by 15.5 inch piece of wood

1- 19.5 by 15.5 inch piece of wood

Step 3: Cut

cut the 23.5 inch piece in half width wise

should be 11.75 inch

Step 4: Attach Brackets

attach the brackets to the corners of the 19.5 by 15.5 piece of wood

Step 5: Add Sides

attach the cut piece 11.75 to each side or the brakets

then attach the 2- 23.5 by 15.5 pieces of wood to the other side

at the ends there should be about 2 inches at the sides

Step 6: Sand All Hard Edges

sand all the hard edges and strengthen with more screws if needed

if flipped over can be used as a box
